  • WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LISTED IN ?
    All prices on our website are in US Dollars.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ?
    Yes. However, items need to be unopened and not purchased during promotions or on sale. Please see the "Shipping & Returns" section on our website for additional information. 

  • DO YOUR SELLING PRICES INCLUDE TARIFFS TO CUSTOMS ?
    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with Barbados customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before ordering.

  • WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS ?
    You can have your order deliver to a Skybox in the US or deliver directly to Barbados with DHL, UPS or USPS.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO US SKYBOXES ? 
    Yes. You can ship with DHL, UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is determined at checkout.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
    Contact us immediately within 2 business days of placing your order. After that period, we might not be able to change your delivery address with your designated shipper.

    2-21 business days depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
