HOW LONG BEFORE I GET A REPLY TO MY EMAIL ?
Within 24-36 hours, you should receive a reply. Naturally, in some cases, it might take longer for you to get a response. Rest assured, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service so regardless of the nature of your inquiry, you will receive a timely and professional reply.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ?
Yes. However, items need to be unopened and not purchased during promotions or on sale. Please see the "Shipping & Returns" section on our website for additional information.

DO I HAVE TO PAY GCT ?
Yes, we are required by law to charge Jamaica' s statutory GCT of 16.5%. Please note GCT proceeds go to Jamaica's customs and not us!

DO YOUR SELLING PRICES INCLUDE TARIFFS TO CUSTOMS ?
No, it is already included in the product price. GCT is the only tax you are charged. We will clear your order with Jamaica's customs and pay the tariffs.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS ?
For orders with delivery addresses in Kingston, urban parts of St.Catherine (Spanish Town and Portmore for example) and St. Andrew, delivery costs $10 USD and should take 7 to 10 business days from order fulfillment. Orders with delivery addresses in other parts of Jamaica costs $12 USD and should take 7 to 10 business days from order fulfillment.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF KINGSTON, ST. CATHERINE AND ST. ANDREWS ?
Knutsford Express or the Jamaican Postal Office.

WHY IS DELIVERY SO EXPENSIVE?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the US. So in relative terms, delivery is not expensive since our actual cost to ship and deliver an order to you in Jamaica is significantly higher than what we charge for a delivery. We absorb the bulk of this cost to ensure that our prices are affordable as possible.

DO YOU SHIP TO US SKYBOXES ?
Yes. You can ship with DHL, UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is determined at checkout.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
Contact us immediately within 2 business days of placing your order. After that period, we might not be able to change your delivery address.

WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED?
There might be circumstances beyond our control that cause delivery delays, such as holidays, natural disasters, industrial actions at Ports in the USA, Europe or Jamaica, issues with Jamaica's customs, among others. We will promptly and professionally update you of any changes in the delivery schedule of your order.
